“The staff was very welcoming and the check-in area/lobby was different and nice. We reserved a king room but they don't have one on the ground floor and they don't have an elevator so ended up on the ground floor in a room that must have had previous bathroom flooding and the restroom smelled like old diapers. I had planned on taking a bubble bath but the tub had rust spots and no stopper. This was advertised as a "Best Western Plus" and my expectations were way higher than they provided...

“Nice place but I was woke up several times after 11:30 pm by someone doing their laundry. Management might want to rethink leaving the laundry toom”

The bathroom was apparently designed by someone who has never used an indoor bathroom. In order to reach the toilet paper, which was mounted very low to the floor and on the wall behind the toilet, you needed to have arms that were at least 6 feet long and bent backward (or get some before you started your business).
