“i booked for a wheelchair accessible room and received a joke. there was a seven inch step into the room, there are no grab bars in the toilet, a wheelchair cannot even fit in the toilet/shower room for transfers. the shower has no place to sit. the ramp up to my hall was steep. if i hadn’t stayed here with friends, i would have been unable to get into my own room. i cannot recommend booking here if you have a mobility aid, because they are not accessible like they claim to be. i have filed a...
