Room was small but complete with all that we needed for our few days in Split. Adriano was super helpful at check-in and the process was very easy. Room is modern within the walls of an old building. The stairs are something to be mindful of as the rooms are on the third floor and there is no lift; however, for a nice, quiet and clean place to stay - it's worth it.

Modern renovated property in the Historic District, conveniently located just outside the old Palace Walls. Owner met us at the property to check us in and gave us some great dining recommendations. The only downside was it was on floor 3, which was up 4 flights of stairs (no elevator).

Wonderful apartment. Sparkling clean. Great location. Super helpful host who allowed us to check in early. The only issue was that we were street-facing and across from a club that had music blasting until 3:30-4 in the morning, making it impossible to sleep.

Location of apartment was excellent, 15 minute walk from central bus station. Very modern room and bathroom, bed & pillow excellent, room ok size, had bar fridge, airconditioning excellent. Bathroom good size, plenty of hot water & water pressure good. Apartment very clean. One point to note is the apartment on 3rd floor and no lift. Overall a great stay, we would not hesitate staying there again. No breakfast was available, but plenty of options around. If you want a real barista cappuccino or coffee as good as you find in Melbourne, try D16 coffee shop, 50 meters away, it's great.

I 100% recommend staying here, especially if you are younger / don't mind street noise. The location is right in the center of Old Town. There is immediate access to all the restaurants, shops, clubs, and bars, with the riva being a 4 minute walk away. The room was very spacious, with an in-suite air conditioner, closet, and mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean and spacious, with great water pressure. Ivana and her husband were so kind. They constantly asked us if we needed anything and gave us recommendations on the first day for things to do and places to eat. It is a small strip of rooms, so we weren't bothered by any other guests. There is no elevator and it is on the third floor, so keep that in mind with suitcases. Also, there is a club both across and down the street, so it will be noisy at night if that bothers you.

This hotel is in a brilliant location, although it can get noisy at night with people from the nearby bars. It didn’t bother us too much though and we were more happy with how central we were. The room was clean with a lovely view of the city. The lady we saw who greeted us and cleaned was so helpful. She was more than happy to give us recommendations for where to go to eat. There isn’t a front desk/reception at this hotel so you do need to bear that in mind if you have any questions or issues. Having said that I think the staff were helpful and we didn’t need anything from them anyway. I would stay here again for the cleanliness and convenience of the location. And the aircon!

We didn’t have a kitchen but the property manager was so friendly and helpful. He carried our suitcases up and down the stairs. It was clean and quiet. I would stay there again.
