We were really impressed with the size of the accommodation it was just perfect for a family of 5 and the location was spot on it was modern and clean the views from the front windows were just perfect too. We were in the middle of everything all sights and nothing was too far away. We would recommend palm promenade to everyone the host was nice and helpful he communicated well. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing location! Entrance to property not clean but rooms were beautiful and spacious. No safe in the room. Three flights of stairs with luggage was also hard. Definitely recommend this property though.

The room was really nice. It was clean with a comfortable bed, jacuzzi bathtub and heated floors in the bathroom. Awesome location, literally steps from the promenade. Checkin with Toma was smooth and he was so helpful. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Absolutely lovely! This was a very spacious room with a large bathroom. (very hard to find when traveling internationally) We were very close to everything. The restaurants, shops, taxi’s, tour buses, harbor and beaches were all walking distance. Surprisingly quiet. We will definitely be staying there again!

Located on the edge of the old city, convenient and walkable to all the historic sites in Split plus the ferries. Clean and very modern. Only con is the 3rd floor walk up with luggage. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location in Old Town on promanade overlooking the ocean. Close to restaurants and points of interest. Room modernised to a high standard. The only negatives were sixty four step to climb to the room and some minor maintenance issues.
