Stunning view of the harbour from our room! Clean and quiet modern apartment with coffee station and fridge. Cute little library! Very short few blocks to the old town. On-site parking just outside the building. A great place to stay in Split!

Antonio & Tony were the best possible hosts! They were there to answers questions, & give recommendations for sightseeing, dinners, and everytuelse!The room was very nice, clean and had amazing city views. The hotel was walkable distance from many historic sights, as well as the weekend food market. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing view, well prepared and stocked room, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. The only thing worth noting is that the hotel seems to be a consolidated group of rental units in at least two buildings, and only on certain floors - it’s not like a typical hotel and reception was in a different building and down the block.

Beautiful room with an amazing view. The receptionists (Miss Karla and one other gentleman who loves icecream) was also very kind and gave a lot of good recommendations. The receptionists was class and deserves a raise.

Great location great views, great service

We had the city view, on the 12floor. The room was lovely and very clean. The location is about 5 mins walk from the edge of the green market. Close enough to go back to should the weather change and you need to drop off a coat etc. Great customer service from Tony in the front desk but also from 3 other people who were around when Tony wasn't.

Our stay at Royal Suites Sky was excellent and we recommend it. The hotel is located just outside the Diocletian Palace and a short walk from the ferry terminal. There are good restaurants nearby and a small supermarket right across the street. The shower was the best on our trip (which included some very nice five star accommodations)! The staff was excellent, Antonio, who welcomed us to the hotel, even had a map ready for us with recommendations highlighted! In addition, he went through a series of places (museums, attractions, restaurants, etc.) that he suggested we visit. His enthusiasm for his work and for his native city were a breath of fresh air and contagious!!

Search no more, this is the place!

We had the best welcome ever at Royal Suites Sky! First we were picked up by a golf cart at the Ferry, which was nice as we had pretty heavy luggage. The young man who checked us in gave us great recommendations for restaurants, bars,… but also to do the VR (we would never have thought about this, but it was great to do). Than the room was so nice and what a view from the 12th floor! It was nice for a change to have again a modern room, as the other places we stayed were typical Dalmatian houses (also nice though). The room was spacious, good bed and excellent shower (really liked the bathroom tiles). I would not hesitate for a moment and go back if I visit in Split again.

My stay at the Royal Suites Sky in Split was outstanding from start to finish! Even before we arrived, Toni reached out with a warm courtesy message to confirm our arrival time and help us figure out transportation from the airport. His advice was invaluable, and thanks to his guidance, our room was prepared even earlier than expected. I also had a few questions before arriving (like the weather forecast), and Toni was quick to provide all the information we needed. The room itself was spotless and beautifully arranged, with an incredible view that made every morning a delight. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach towels waiting for us, making it super easy to head to the beach without any hassle. The service from reception truly stood out. We could contact them anytime via call or message, and their responses were almost immediate. Every question was met with thoughtful and thorough answers that made our stay so smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the Royal Suites Sky to anyone visiting Split. The attentive service, clean rooms, and thoughtful details made it a memorable stay!

1. It was a bit confusing trying to find the check-in reception because its a a separate building 1/2 block away, but once figured out everything went smoothly. 2. Reception employee walked me over to the very modern skyscraper hotel and showed me how to get into the building, use the elevator and access my room. 3. Room was very modern, marble walls floor in the bathroom. Carpet in living/bedroom, fridge, eating utensils, glasses for wine & water, TV services excellent, windows open easily to let fresh air in. Very clean, tidy, hygienic. Good lighting.

Our first impression of Croatia was made all the more memorable thanks to our stay at Royal Suites - Sky. From the start, communication was prompt, detailed, and helpful. Knowing that parking in Split can be challenging, Toni went above and beyond: meeting us in front of the hotel, finding street parking, and assisting us with our luggage up to our rooms. We booked two rooms, both of which were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Each room included a QR code that linked to an incredibly helpful guide with curated restaurant recommendations, sightseeing suggestions, and useful local tips. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk to the ferry terminal and within easy walking distance of major landmarks like St. Domnius Cathedral, the Marjan Hill stairs, and the Split Riva. When we checked out to visit Hvar for two days, we were able to leave our luggage in the rooms, and Antonio handled everything seamlessly. The level of service we received throughout our stay was truly exceptional.
