"Lobby was grand and big, typical of Lotte style. Our first impression of the porter when we get off the taxi, he was grouchy and not welcoming at all. There's also a queuing system for check in if you arrive before the official check in time at 1500. Seldom see this practices in other hotels. Even with the queuing ticket issued, you are only allowed to come back and check in earliest at 1430 onwards. Room was smaller and very dated! No smart TV and only one international plug at the desk area. Safe is also very difficult to use. The bathroom amenities was nice smelling and water pressure really strong. Location wise connected to Lotte mall, lots of restaurants n shops nearby. Definitely convenient. Overall, I think the experience will be even better if they revamp their rooms and consistent customer service throughout"

"Overall a nice location, good quality for the price and some staff who were helpful. I say some because at least one of the day staff was totally unhelpful, hiding behind the language barrier. Evening staff spoke reasonably well in English but day staff did not and some people are too lazy to bother with a translation app."

"to be honest the best part of our stay is when we are checking out. the guy in front desk is very nice and helpful. when we checked in the lady in front desk is so rude, when i called her on the phone for another bath towel she told me that if i need anything i need to come down and get it myself and hang up right away. so whats the use of the phone inside the room? and the washroom is so dirty when you take a shower the water is everywhere no shower curtains. and the worst part is they put only one towel in the room knowing that two people are staying.bed are uncomfortable no rack to hang your clothes. hanger is just two, the other thing their towels are so old and ripped... i'm seriously saying the truth here. NEVER recommend this hotel again it's just worthless."

"Room wasn’t that clean and there was damage to the walls, most likely from luggage. However, the room was larger than normal which was the only positive. Staff were not always available at front desk. Location ok. No breakfast available even though website says there is."

"Hotel located conveniently in Seomyeon district The street it is in is lined by restaurants, side by side and all across the street, there must have been 50 restaurants on this street. It is near Subway station exit 12 around 10 minute walk. Uber taxis are available round the clock. Our room on the 10thh floor could be used by family of 6, very spacious, with full kitchen and utensils and a large patio outside. No street noise"

"This stay was perfect for my friend and I because of how much we had planned and traveled around Busan. It is very close to the airport which made traveling to Jeju an easy experience. The staff was fantastic, so nice, and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Busan. "
