"We had reserved 2 rooms. We had room 101 and 104. Room 101, the shower and sink water took forever to warm up. I literally had the water running for over 30 minutes and it only was warm, not hot. I'm a girl and I like my water hot and steamy. So beware you might be unlucky. Unfortunately room 104 smelled like smoke. Sam at the front desk was really nice. He was able to give us a different room, unfortunately it was up on 3rd floor. And the rooms have no microwaves. The building is built like a giant U shape and both our rooms ended up to be at the furthest opposite side of the building also, that suck. The building is very inconvenient as there are no side doors for access, you can only enter through the lobby. We rented through Expedia and chose the breakfast buffet, thats an extra $9, original price would be $19. Breakfast is served like dinning service. There's 2 servers getting whatever you want to drink and bus the tables. The breakfast was nice."

"Everything was good.. spent 3 days for Chicago.. Parking was Great... Check in was easy.. little hard to understand the lady at the front desk for checking in.. room was good size.. handle on sliding door for patio was broke told them when we went to get pizza.. gone for about 3 hours and when we came back it was fixed!!!, only thing was there was no holding bars in the bathroom.. for toilet and shower... overall a 4 out of 5 .. (4 because of no holding bars) ... breakfast is not free..McDonalds down the street....maybe 3 minutes away..."

"Was s great place to stay with several places to eat around. Only issue was the noise from the traffic on the highway. It was even loud on the 5th floor. If you're a light sleeper this may be an issue. I was ok with it. But everyone is different."
