"Communication with the company was poor. Questions over payment were not clear until I checked in at the office. Turned out there should not have been any questions at all. Payment was made during checking in which was quick and easy. Apartment was more than we needed but was comfortable. Walking distance to central station and most tourist areas. Used nearby metro once due to rain. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Would stay here again."

"All good, breakfast was 27 euro so we didn't try it. Room was clean, sheets fantastic cotton. Tv only had German speaking channels, and no option for Netflix sign in. Only prob was that we couldn't change the heating / aircon. It was set to 19 degrees, which was fine for day, but too hot for night. Balcony door open gave some relief, but for the noise. Location is great. "

"Excellent hotel and charming staff. Facilities great and well maintained. Superb location both for walking and the transport network. Breakfast is exorbitantly expensive but very good - be hungry or get it outside!"
