The staff was extraordinary. I’ve rented 10 rooms in the last month on business and this was probably the cleanest room I’ve had. I am really satisfied, checking in and checking out was so fast and easy for me even though I am disabled. They were very nice anything that I needed they had immediately.

Parking easy cleaniness eh , staff was rude required a 50 dollar deposit which i did not recieve my full amount i was also screamed at by person in the office there is no sign that says i dont get my deposit for checking out late but thats supposedly why i didnt get my deposit also my first room had no heat

Pleasant stay.

We were concerned about the area of town and info from some of the 2022-2024 reviews. But the room was very clean and had everything but a coffee maker (coffee available at the office). Beds were comfortable and even on July 3 became quiet at 10-10:30! Staff in office and maintenance were very personable.

We needed a place to stay in a pinch and picked this one to get thru one night. The front desk manager was very nice and helpful. The rooms were small but fairly clean. There were obvious things on the carpet that showed it either hadnt been vacuumed or they just didnt pick up bottle caps off the floor. There was no bathroom mirror over the sink to do makeup and such things. The beds were pretty comfortable and clean.

Back to basics, no frills kinda place,but works

There were business' close by, but we checked in late and out at check out time. No, real time to check out shops. Parking was fine, someone had our parking spot, but someone else probably had theirs. This is an older property and I assumed privately owned, so there were areas of obvious repairs. As with most of these units at any such motel, the repairman doesn't seem to take much pride in the looks of their work. This tends to make the rooms less clean looking than they really are. We felt it was clean enough for what it was. We are on a fixed income,so I try to pick the most reasonably priced rooms without getting dumps. I have picked out a few of those in our travels, pictures don't tell the whole truth. It's a no frills place. If you want the lap of luxury then keep on drivin' and pay out the big bucks! But, if you just need to catch a few Z's and Tv it's fine.

I have stayed at this motel many times, double digits worth of times, and will stay again during future visits. The location and proximity to good eateries and shopping is very convenient. The pricing is also among the best in Springfield.

Good place to stay. The rooms have cable tv, microwave and mini fridge. It's located walking distance to a nice public library, a 24-hour gas station convenience store, India Palace which has a great weekend buffet for $12.99 Fri-Sun, and an excellent sushi place right across the street from the motel. The Battlefield Mall is just down the street, and there's plenty of other shopping and eateries nearby. I have stayed at this motel many times while in the area, and will definitely stay again in the future.
