"Traveled with family to spend the New Year. The area was safe, I actually accidentally left the trunk of my car open for a few hours 😅 there's a little store across the parking lot and it seems to stay pretty busy. I was very happy to see that nothing was taken from my car. The facilities were clean and the beds were sooooo comfortable. I had that good hotel sleep that is sometimes hit and miss when traveling. Staff was super kind, friendly, helpful. The stay here made our first time in Oregon just that much better. I will definitely be going back when I'm in the area again. "

"Well, after being on the phone with Expedia twice, trying to understand a few things in question, like there are ridiculously low rates for places in which I also had credit that I was wanting to use. After getting off the phone, I went back in to look at the current rates for places again and seeing one charging zero dollars, and I was booking it for two nights so I jumped on it and it showed that I only had to pay $1.39 and I was checking in that night. So I was in a rush to gather my stuff to get down there, and as I was on my way, I was looking up the address for the hotel and found that it was only showing for one night, I was very upset about that. so at the hotel, I was explaining that to the gentleman who checked me in who happened to be a supervisor and I had asked him if I could have a late check out and he asked how late of a check out I wanted, I commented as late as you couldn’t give it to me because I needed the break away, so he gave me a very generous late checkout that was very appreciated. The room was perfect. I loved it had a very nice view. It was very comfortable even for being a small room. It didn’t feel small. It had a king bed, a couch and a balcony. It was perfect. I really enjoyed the stay. They even gave me a free breakfast, which was very nice of them. I recommend this hotel to everyone."

"The owner allowed me to check in early with no extra charge. This retro motel is nestled in a nice neighborhood just off of main streets and freeways. The area is quiet and felt safe to walk around after dark. I was there for 5 days on business, and there are some great spots within walking distance. Futura Coffee has great pastries, Aztec Burrito, Thai Ginger, a gas station are all within 8 minutes on foot. Fred Meyer, gas, and Wendy's are nearby. My favorite was NightHawk, a cafe just up the block from the motel. The room is nice and clean, though appliances are older but clean. AC/Heater unit worked well, and the bed was comfy. Parking felt safe, and the property is well lit. Owners were nice and accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again."
