"We had a wonderful stay! The facility is absolutely beautiful, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot springs. We also appreciated the excellent customer service. When we discovered that the bidet in our room wasn't working, the staff moved us to another room the next day and even upgraded us and gave us drink vouchers, which was a very thoughtful gesture. From the beautiful property to the attentive service, everything exceeded our expectations. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!"
