“air conditioner in the room did not work when maintenance came it was like they knew about it and just suggested that we got a portable unit sent It was an evaporative unit Didn't do a very good job . the kitchenette was very basic with absolute minimal utensils and plates and bowls Two glasses One plate 1 teaspoon. it was a warm weekend Email and with no air conditioner there was relief and nor was there compensation given for a fairly high rate Room we had for the weekend.”
