โFrom the minute we arrived it was a 5 star experience. The valet immediately sprang into action and gave us all the info we needed. At check-in we were immediately offered water in eco-friendly containers. We were also upgraded to a stadium suite (due to our wedding anniversary) with views of both stadiums for the Vikings and the Twins. โPerfect place to stay for a twins game, just a walk across the street, parking is included.Very clean and comfortable stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.โ
โThe staff was friendly and answered questions about dinning options in the surrounding area. The location is close to public transportation the light rail system.โ
โI stayed at a studio room for a week to attend a conference at the Minneapolis convention center. The hotel is a little bit far from the center (about 20~25 min by walk). But the room is wide enough and the desk and chair are suitable for laptop work. The fireplace in the room made a relaxed mood. The breakfast was nice! The whole foods market is nearby so I could buy and have some foods using the kitchen. Laundry machines are also available. All of these advantages made my business reasonable.โ
โTerrible experience!! I paid USD 100 by cash as a deposit. When I checked-out, a lady at the front said that somebody must bring my money. Now, I back to the hotel to pick up my luggage but still, she said exactly same thing. Because my time in this country is very limited, I could not wait such a long time without certain schedule, there was nothing I could do but just left the hotel to move next city. I am super curious how they return my money back.......โ
"Carpeted floor full of stains, a stinky bed, no windows to name a few. Two days went by for someone to pick up my uber leftover that i put outside my door which says it all "
