"Staff were friendly excellent and helpful at every moment. Your beds are awful. Feel like my spine needs to be realigned. Other than that it was in a great location and close to everyhwre we needed to go during the long weekend. Privacy between the adjoining rooms was a bit poor though could hear old mate watching his sports and the bed rocking with his missus."

"We had room service the first night..lasagna was good however the fish & chips were average. Both meals were served only warm and I thought that was because it was room service. We dined at Champs on Sunday night and both of us had the sirloin chips and salad. One steak was good the other a bit chewy. The meals were only warm when served and I had to ask for my meal to be heated up in the microwave also the gravy was only just warm. The meals were served on cold plates which is not ideal. Lastly the restaurant area was quite cold and we needed to put a jacket on to be a bit more comfortable We had breakfast the second morning after reading reviews on how good it was, however it was just average. Maybe because it was Monday and a public holiday however not impressed. The barista made coffee was lovely but was not included in the breakfast. Thank you to the young barista!"

"Very good place to stay. Our king bed room felt spacious. Powerful shower with good temp range, but in a tub base. Had all the necessary bathroom amenities. Bed was comfortable. All basic amenities included. Seems it's been recently renovated so has a new feel. But limited charging abilities if everyone has a couple devices or more. Location is great. Norwest station and coles only a few minutes drive and plenty of great restaurants just a block over on Soylent Court. Paid parking available for $15/day"
