  • My favorite flower from my trip to Florida has to be from the floss silk tree (Chorisia speciosa). The flower is about 4-6 inches across and the bright pink from the tips of the petals can be spotted from quite a distance. It's like someone took the flower of a hibiscus and and infinitely improved upon it. The Florida Botanical Gardens are beautiful AND free! With over 30 acres of themed gardens to explore and photograph.

The property is fully renovated and lovely. Very Spacious and great for families. the owner and property manager were amazing. Due to the hurricane the owner had boarded up the windows which made us feel safe. I would recommend this property to everyone who wants to visit the.area!
