โMy travel to get here was fraught with issues. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I left, everything about the stay here was a treat. Excellent customer service, comfortable room, nice bar and restaurant. โ
โWonderful 5 night stay. Staff amazing, Tracy, Esther, Lillian and Beatrice (Bea) and Jon. Can't remember all their names, sorry. Lovely choice at breakfast, food topped up even until breakfast finishing time. 24 hour sandwiches available, very useful. Lovely terrace to sit out on, but a pity it shut at 6pm. The terrace had only been open for 3 months, so this could change. Nice pool and gardens, and you could hire pool towels. Would I stay here again, most definitely.

โVery good hotel. Room well equipped and quiet. Swimming pool and spa area great. A few minutes walk from main street, a bit further away from the port area (but within walking distance).โ
โWe had a wonderful stay at Norfolk Hotel! It was very clean and cozy and the staff were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend it and plan to stay there again for our next visit to St Helier. โ
โSmooth checkin. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great breakfast! Twin room suited our needs queen sized beds would have been better but beds were comfortable. 5th floor room quiet. Restaurant used 2 out of 4 nights and food was very good.

โGreat location! So close to everything: shopping, restaurants, taxis and busses. The room was great, too. Decor all updated. The bed was perfect (on the harder side). Would absolutely stay here again. โ

โWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms.
Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...
โBeautiful location with great views over the bay! The path down to the beach is handy for beach days or a walk along the front.
The hotel has everything you need, we had the self catering room which was perfect for kids.
Bus stops are right outside the hotel for travel to the airport and St Helier.
