"I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel. It has an amazingly helpful staff. Tons of great recommendations to see and do. Everything is with a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was fantastic. It had a buffet and a hot breakfast option. The hotel has beach towels and beach umbrellas available. Good parking options as well. Best hotel for the $$. "

It was a perfect choice - seamless check-in, pleasant staff and a comfortable room with hot shower after a long and sticky journey. "A great hotel, with lots of activities and entertainment for kids both big and small. The food options are great, and as a vegan I had a number of options every meal which is different to usual holiday locations. The new and old buildings mean there's plenty of space for everyone and you can always find a sunbed"

"The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "
