The person cleaning our room came on Saturday as my daughter was finishing getting ready, and when my daughter said, she’d be 15 minutes, the person said she didn’t wanna wait this was at 10:15 in the morning. So our room did not get made up and we did not get towels. "

"Even during the last days of construction, the hotel was comfortable, like a classic hotel should be. Staff was personable and very attentive. My family was in Ottawa for a memorial, and we were all booked onto the same floor, and each room had a personal note of condolence, chocolates and fresh flowers. We were all very moved and very impressed by this thoughtfulness. Bartenders, waiters, bellhops and front desk staff really paid us attention, and made us feel very welcome. The remodeling is turning out very nice, too!"

"The hotel is very chaotic when you enter. There is no staff and you cannot call room service or the front desk at any time. They connect you to ai then from ai they connect you to a call center in Orlando. They never connect you to anyone who works there at anytime and it makes asking for fresh towels or even a simple coffee impossible. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"They were unable to transfer me to a Hampton next to the airport. Can't see the reason since they're all owned by the same company."

"Staff were ALL so polite, kind and full of smiles and greetings. The rooms were soooo big! I was pleasantly surprised! Breakfast set up was perfect with ample space. Honestly one of the most impressive hotel stays I’ve done in a very long time "
