Beautiful property, nice breakfast, comfortable room and especially liked the lobby as we I was traveling with friends and we could congregate there.

We had a fantastic three night stay at the Adler and totally loved our experience. All aspects of this hotel were fabulous and well worth the money. The spa was incredible with options for specialty services such as massages, mud baths, and salt grottos that were most enjoyable. The pools and outdoor saunas were also relaxing. The grounds were impeccable and a real oasis of calm. We purchased the half board which allowed us to enjoy extensive breakfast, lunch, afternoon cake, and dinner dining...

The reception man was very Nice and warm welcoming. Our room was in third floor with balcony. We could see the mountain in the distance. Fantastic view. Room was very neat and clean. We also loved this hotel for the outdoor jacuzzi and for the reading room. If this was winter we would have been happy to be just next to the lift. In all we have had a nice stay and were very happy for this hotel

This was a lovely place to stay, the rooms were spotless and equipped, the service staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was a hit, fabulous selection and delicious. Also as a perk they gave my wife and I a free pass to take the bus, life and mountain train to take us to hiking trails. Also of note, the view from the sixth floor which is where the restaurant, breakfast and spa facilities are located is beautiful and the view outstanding !!!

Hotel Greif is a lovely properly. Old town Bolzano is not that large and the hotel is right there off of Walthaplaz. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes to the bus station-they are adjacent to one another. There are plenty of great restaurants just steps away. We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are roomy, very nice. The pools and spa services are top notch. The location is great, Ortesei is a great town and base for hiking in the Dolomite’s. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it!

The food was amazing, the amenities were great and the rooms were super modern, clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler and had a blast. The hotel was very accommodating to all of our needs and it was truly a great time for us.

Absolutely beautiful. Warm pools and great spa experiences. Very easy to get to town and up to the gondola. Dinner was excellent and always impressed with the breakfast! Lunch-the chicken sandwich was a delicious standout. Can’t wait to come back!!

My wife and I chose Castel Hortenberg for our stay in Bolzano, and we were blown away from the moment we arrived through our departure. Secure parking with private gates. Upon arrival we were greeted with Prosecco, and this type of care and attention was given to us the entire time by Tommaso and the other staff. Rooftop deck was very cool, but only room for 4 sitting. 2 bedroom suite was nice. Bedrooms were adjoining so had to pass thru one to get to the other. Overall, very interesting hotel, as described. Would recommend for those looking for something different.
