โI called expedia and explained that no one was there to check us in. When we got there at 3:50pm there was a sign on the window that said they would be back at 9pm. I tried calling the hotel but the number was disconnected and expedia will not refund me as "they cannot get a hold of the property". Do not stay here as no one will check you in and they will just take your money. โ
โRoom was fine and the bed comfortable. Very nice shower. We particularly enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool.
Special praise for the restaurant. We had breakfast every day and dinner twice, all meals were excellent. The chef-special baklava was a real treat. Staff were always pleasant and helpful.โ
โYou get what you pay for, the staff was able to answer most of my questions at any time during the day. The place is in a really good spot and there is a dennys across the street. Parking is pretty secure and there are multiplying cameras with great lighting. Ac works really well. โ
โMy husband and I came for a "staycation" away from the kids and had a great time. The waterpark is so fun, the gym is huge and very well-equipped, and the room we stayed in felt luxurious and comfortable. โ
โMy mom and I came for a girls week away. The pool was the perfect spot to relax and the staff were SO friendly. It was very clean and felt safe within the hotel. โ
โAbsolutely stunning, easy parking/ valet, everyone was pleasant, perfect location. Food was delicious! Canโt say anything they could improve on, definitely a re book!! โ
โAbsolutely loved staying there. At any time make sure you see if you can have any home cooked breakfast lunch or dinner . To be honest. I love this place. My goal is to somehow help restore it!โ
