"Brand new hotel and it was super nice! Really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and outdoor spaces! Bar was great too and staff were all super friendly! Two recommendations: it is a pet friendly hotel which is awesome, but I would recommend having a “poop bag” station and possibly a designated area for pets to potty. Also bar prices are extremely high - we probably would have hung out in the bar more, but we could easily find other places with more reasonable prices. Overall highly recommend this...

"Waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. The room smelled like a gym locker. There was trash in the room from the previous guest. The air conditioner worked, but sounded like a jet engine. By 8am, all of the hot food at the breakfast was gone and not replaced. All breakfast was shut down by 9am. The property is pretty beat up. Pool amenities were at another hotel next door—not convenient. I travel regularly for work and stay at hotels across the country and thus was, by far, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever endured."

"The hotel property is decent but aging. One of the dual sinks in my room’s bathroom was completely separated from its undermount. Air conditioning struggled to cool the room. The lighting on the appliances and outlets was very bright at night and no way to turn those off to get a dark room. The window blinds were broken and would only close 3/4 of the way. After checkout I was charged for poolside bistro purchases I didn’t make. Still waiting to get those charges reversed. I tried to eat at the onsite restaurant (Crooked Antler) and it was absolutely terrible (seriously DO NOT eat there). And when I checked in I thought I had paid an “all fees included” price only to find I was also REQUIRED to pay for parking at a minimum additional $25 per night. If it’s not optional that should be in the “all fees included” price. Lastly the front desk staff was just not engaging or friendly. I was supposed to stay two nights but the hotel was not enjoyable so I left after the first night. Won’t be going back."
