"The stay was affordable when we absolutely needed it."

"After checking into the hotel and going to my room, I noticed that there was no desk chair. I informed the front desk, and the staff member brought a chair from another room, which I appreciated. However, the room had a significant number of flying bugs. I reported the issue and requested a room change if possible. The staff told me that no other rooms were available and that they would clean the room instead. When I returned later that evening, the same bugs were still in the room. Unfortunately, this made my stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. The lack of proper pest control and the inability to provide a clean room resulted in a very poor experience overall"

"It was ok for a place to sleep for the night, but wasn’t real happy about having to walk through the large group of people allowed to camp out and smoke right in the middle of the main entrance. Had to walk through them to get in or out. Also, there was a dirty sock and hair from the previous guests left in the bathroom, children were loudly running around the hallways and the window to our room early in the morning, and hotel staff tried to enter our room prior to checkout to look at an AC unit that we never called about and was working perfectly. All of these issues are a reflection of poor hotel management."

"Multiple nights with family and friends for a tournament. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. The beds were great and we liked the layout of the hotel. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice. Lounge area was welcoming and set up to allow for groups to hang out. Stylish designs. Surrounding shops and restaurants were great too. Easy drive into Pittsburgh, too."
