The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice.

"Was told around 7pm the kitchen was "not accepting food orders at this time, you'll need to wait 15-20 minutes." Nothing ever takes 15-20 minutes, luckily there are lots of alternative eating choices nearby. Both the sink and bathtub faucets were leaking, the TV remote was disgusting and sticky, ..."
