It is undergoing refurbishment right now but this diodnt affect my stay, except for the view of scaffolding from the restaurant. The rooms are large and comfortable. I enjoyed the bathtub provided. "Lovely hotel, fantastic central location. Room was spacious, had lots of facilities including fridge, coffee machine and tea & kettle. Bed was very comfy, you could hear a little bit of noise in the corridor but nothing too disruptive. Breakfast was tasty albeit somewhat pricey. Parking outside the hotel was quite pricey but at the hotel sign in desk there is a discount code for the QPark on First street around the corner, I was really happy for this as it saved us about £15 in parking fees. "

"Flat 1 was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. There were four adults staying and our issue was with seating. If you were all in the Living Room/Kitchen there was a sofa and two stools. You could not all sit around the breakfast bar for food or all sit comfortably watching tv. Not too big a problem if just a base while you're out and about. The shower control possibly needs looking at, and the shower screen seal as water seemed to cover the floor. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable, there was an iron mark on one of the carpets. The flat was a 10min walk to the train station where you can get to Manchester City Centre in 10mins. There were a couple of pubs, takeaway and a cafe across the road for convenience. We would stay again. "
