“Front desk staff was not there when I first arrived to check in and I had to wait 5+ minutes for them to show up from wherever they had been to finally do so. It has never made sense to me that the ability to check yourself in and to bypass the front desk exists but I’ve never been afforded that opportunity.

“Great hotel close to stadium. I just wish somewhere on the rooftop could be reserved for hotel guest only. It would have been nice to be able to eat a meal there and enjoy the views. It was way too crowded with locals. I’m not against that just wish you had a place for hotel quests to enjoy as well. Overall a great hotel. Food and bar was awesome. Outside patio was nice. ”
“I love the hotel I love the room as well but one thing I did not like is $65 per a night for parking was to outrageous then a $300 deposit told me I was gonna get that back soon as I checked out well I had made it home and I still haven’t got my deposit That’s what I don’t like hitting fees other than that I get a hotel of 10 but that parking is outrageous y’all gotta do something about that in that deposit fee we supposed to get it back soon as we check out we should get it back right there”
