"Everything was great but the buffet just didn’t feel inviting- little fruit was offered and I didn’t see at all if there were any milks offered as I saw many kids eating cereal dry - otherwise room was clean and everything worked - but if you have a C-charger for your phone make sure to bring wall charger - Several places for USB chargers on night stand -"

"We were turned away late at night despite having - prepaid reservation. The property was overbooked. "

"Most lights in room had no bulbs, usb plugs didnt work, bathroom amenities were empty, ice machines on all floors are broken, when a/c turned off room smelled, no one at front desk and no breakfast the 1st morning, housekeeping didnt come to clean....just a horrible low staffed hotel that should shut down until everything works. Expedia claims "very good & 8*'s" but all other reviews show 3."

"Parking was horrible two trucks were stolen"

"I tried to call the front desk several times to inform them that I was going to do a late check-in. The staff members at the front desk would pick up, tell me to hold, and then leave me on hold for an extended period of time. On the last call attempt that I made they said to hold on and I could hear everything going on in the background and the two coworkers were visiting and talking to each other and not picking up the phone. Finally, I called back and was able to speak with someone. The waffle makers were not on and I was told they are only turned on on certain days, which I wish I would’ve known about before scheduling the hotel because having breakfast in the morning is very important to my husband. They had also run out of yogurt. The room itself was nice and roomy."
