“Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Facilities were excellent and room was spacious. On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop! Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring.”

“Over all a nice place to stay.. i did message the provider with some concerns which they have not responded to (such is life) place could have done with a good clean and a visit from maintenance. my stay wasnt expensive so id say defo value for money .. however value for money an unclen property is never acceptable. ”

“Limited hot water in shower for 2 days, had to Wait for week day- kept shifting to freezing cold every few seconds. Patricia at reception was wonderful, proactively helpful and informed, she knew exactly what to do even though maintenance were not yet available. She was swift and attentive andbcame straight to the room and fixed the problem on the weekday morning, without me having to wait for maintenance. ”

“The pictures on the Expedia don't do justice to the place. Each room is a very lovely cabin in a very peaceful area. It's 5 minutes walk to the Birmingham Arena, so if you need a place to stay after a gig, that's definitely the best solution. The business owner is also very kind and he will also give you all the information you need to move around the area.”

“Stayed at the ruby apartment. Was hesitant to stay as there wasn’t many reviews but it was local to where I was working so thought it give it a try. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door. First impressions was very surprising. Apartment was very clean. Bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. Front room/ kitchen was also a good size.Private bathroom...

“Great stay. Free parking. At quiet end of Broad St. As most properties are residential you do not get the noisy revellers trudging up and down the corridors at all hours. Apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. ”

“Booked through hotels.com paid via home and let ltd. A day before arrival I get an email letting me know my booking has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. DO NOT BOOK VIA HOME AND LET LTD. When I spoke to the hotel they said the same thing happened to another guest last week! ”

“Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house.”

“This is a very nicely done annex, perfect for a few nights away on business with the ability to cook my own meals rather than be reliant on hotel food. Friendly host, clean and well appointed with a great shower...definitely my go-to place going forward!”
