“Bathroom was very small, closet size, which made it difficult to move around! You could hear conversation from the room next door, like they were in our room!!”

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property was clean, the grounds were beautiful, and my room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here.”

“Overall, the condition is not bad, but the radiator makes a lot of noise. My family can't sleep with the noise from the radiator.”

“Nice clean and big rooms”

“I’m a frequent traveler who is very particular about my travel so I read tons of reviews before booking anything! So prior to booking LaQuinta in Portland ME, I read multiple 10/10 reviews. I’m really not sure how anyone could or would rate the property 10/10 unless the reviews were paid for.. 1. The property appears to be family owned and ran because all the staff I experienced seemed to lack experience relating to the property. 2. “Awesome place to stay. A little pricey. Breakfast needs improvement.”

“Good for a nights stay”

“Basic room...comfy bed....sauna and whirlpool area was nice....small very basic gym area but ok...nice grab and bag breakfast small but basic and tasty...staff was very nice tried to help with wi fi sign in but my outlook was not operating there....parking ample...close to amenities ie eateries....shopping...and road access....”

“Homeless guy in the staircase. Room was OK but small space. Came off the elevator and someone had spilled a bunch of milk. Smell of weed.”

“Nice hotel needs some upgrades”

“Our first room was not cleaned (stains on sheets/ trash in recylcing still/no conditioner/body wash), however the staff was very helpful and got us into a new room very quick. Room did have a smoky smell. The patio for the dog was very helpful though. For the price and location it was not bad for two nights, especially if traveling with a dog but definitely could use better cleaning and maintenance. I will shout out the front desk staff though they were very nice and helpful”

“We love to stay at historic places when we travel, and we were not disappointed with this one! So cute and cozy!”
