If I need a new towel, I had to ask for it, and I had to ask for toilet paper. That was not just for me, it was a form of service in this hotel. It was very shocking. There was no refrigerator in the room, not even a cup. The price is five stars, but the service was the lowest. I have no good memories of Dortmund because of this...
