“Nice room with balcony and distant sea view. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to enjoy some of the facilities on offer. Bathroom was pretty good with a shower over the bath. Controls were a little stiff and difficult, not at all intuitive to use but there was plenty of hot water. Bed was on the hard side but comfortable enough. My only complaint would be the distance between the bed and the wall making it difficult to get out, particularly at night. Not helped by the large picture...

“I chose a budget room which was £144 per night. I stayed two nights over the Bank Holiday heatwave . There was a brick wall outside my window and only two of the windows would open a maximum of 3 inches. The bathroom window did not open and the fan was not working. It was wretched in the heat. You have to have the light on to see even in daylight. I was given a very basic fan . I asked to change my room the next day. It was inhumane to expect anyone to be in a room with no ventilation in that...

“비수기를이용 60파운드 정도에 시뷰 발코니룸을 예약. 도착해서 시뷰 발코니룸을 받기는 했는데 홈페이지 사진과는 전~혀 다를 좀 후진 방을줌. 컴플레인을 걸었더니 4층 발코니뷰 방은 다 차서 2층에 발코니 방을 줬다는데.... 발코니 옆에선 로비천장 공사중이고 앞 바다는 건물에 가려서 잘 보이지 않고, 방과 욕실도 사진보다 작았음. 밤에 나가서 불켜진곳을 확인해보니 4층에 빈방도 있는 듯 했음. 뭔가 차별 냄세가 나기는 했으나 하루 있는거라 그냥 넘어감. 시설, 위치는 가격대비 나쁘지 않았으나 다시 방문할지는....”

“I would strongly reconsider staying here based on my experience. There were multiple issues from start to finish, beginning with poor communication around key facilities. The spa was closed, which was not made clear when booking through a third-party site, and this significantly impacted the stay. Check-in was disorganised and extremely slow, given there were so few people checking in.
