"Very clean room with plenty of food choices in the area. There was a great ramen place right across the street that we went to a few times."

"Very thoughtful staff and good experience!"

"Clean and spacious room! Very convenient location!"

"Staff was top tier"

"Clean room, staff where very helpful , breakfast was good, I would definitely stay there again"

"Great service"

"Easy check in and helpful staff however English was limited. Amazing breakfast with so much choice. Close to station. Happily to stay again"

"Very restful and peaceful stay. Will gladly book another stay in the future. Staff was very polite and friendly as well as helpful. Location is convenient. Everything I needed was in walking distance."

"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

"Good"

"受付もスムーズで申し分ない 。真横がセブン-イレブンなのも良い。"

"This is a great value hotel. There is also a convenience store right below, which is very convenient, and the breakfast is great."

"Good breakfast selection that varied daily. Has curry every morning as an option which was awesome. Walking distance from train station and downtown area. "

"It was a present stay, nice hotel, large room, nice garden. However, last year we stayed in Japanese room in Art Hotel (the same building) it was much newer. This suisui room is very nice but bathroom a bit damp and scary for kids. "

"It's not a new hotel but if the towels and bedsheets are fresh I am good. First time I see at lift there are extra pillows one can take if they needed them. Nice. The public bath is nice. The area is surrounded by drinking places but not too much to feel unsafe or noisy. But I do wish the tv has YouTube tho."
