“I was traveling with a friend and my grandkids and we all enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well staffed. Beds are comfortable and hotel was quiet. We also enjoyed the breakfast with a nice variety for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying overnight in Sault Ste. Marie MI.”

“Parking lot is a mess. Pot holes and a re-paint of lines is necessary. Especially with events going on. Also printed menus in every room with the restaurants would be nice. Especially for those out of town”

“Dated, of course, but minimal effort at upgrading. Only one staff present, so service delayed. She was friendly. Great location. On site parking. Breakfast was packaged pastries and drinks.”

“Room was clean. Pool needed resurfaced which was planned otherwise clean. The door to get into the pool is a pain at best. You’ll need a tutorial. The staff member however was uptight and less than helpful.”
