"Breakfast was great ever time. Did not drive but the valet service seemed very nice. Sadly we could hear just about everything from outside our room. Did see a cockroach inside, just one but yeah. Most of the staff were very nice though. Several doors leading outside but were undetermined if useable. Some were exit only. Not much of a gift shop too and very high prices."

"No affordable breakfast. One elevator was out of service.Some of the staff couldn’t give recommendations on restaurants in the area or info about surrounding area. But we would definitely stay there again. Loved the fact that is was out of the busyness of Charleston. Easy to get to Charleston by shuttle or water taxi, so we didn’t have to find or pay for parking."

"My aunt and I stayed for 3 days. Hotel was perfect walking distance for everything that was on our itinerary to do while visiting Charleston. Would come back to stay again."

"Spacious room with very comfortable beds and pillows. Pool and bar like an oasis. Definitely a relaxing vibe. Clean and furnished well. Coffee shop an added bonus too."

"Not exactly the arrival experience we expected. We were charged an additional $19 amenity fee at check in that had already been paid through the app and had to go back and forth before it was finally refunded. The first room smelled so bad we couldn’t even stay in it. Staff did switch us quickly, which we appreciated, but the second room still didn’t feel very clean. The bedding and pillows were pretty subpar, and the sheets were rough and itchy enough to make sleeping uncomfortable. Definitely not the level of comfort or cleanliness we were hoping for."
