"Very disappointed after paying $180/night because it was a “holiday inn express” hot tub was filthy with nasty black around the top rim from not being cleaned ladies restroom had been “out of order “ for a week told to me by someone who had stayed for the week. Will definitely keep on looking next time at that price"
"The room and hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable. Parking was a little insane as it was packed. There is no elevator and we were on the top floor which was hard to navigate with our luggage. Breakfast was bare bones but decent."
"Minimal breakfast eggs were “sponge eggs”. Had to get a new room, first room the toilet did not flush fully.
Family Mexican restaurant down the road was very good and friendly"
"Excellent stay! The room was clean and comfortable bed. I called the front desk to help us with the TV and he came really quick to fix it- great value 👍👍"
"It’s definitely is a dated property. However, room was clean, beds were clean. Breakfast options were disappointing, but the coffee was good.
I’d stay again."
"Nice clean room. The staff was friendly. Only negative I have is they charged a $25.00 fee for incidental damage. I was told that this charge would be refunded after my stay, which has not yet been refunded."
"The Best Western Inn has beautifully maintained it's historical aspects on Route 66. The rooms are modern and updated with all the amenities we have come to expect."
