"Lahana is a beautiful property, with lovely gardens and is very peaceful and quiet, even though it is just a short walk into a busy commercial area. The staff are outstanding, always available and helpful if you need something and are gracious and kind. The hill villas are comfortable and spacious, their design incorporates many natural materials, we especially liked the open-air screened bath area and outdoor private shower. Overall an extremely well run resort and would recommend highly. "

"The hotel was at a good location and was reasonably priced. The wifi worked well. However it was not the cleanest. One main issue was the safe was not working when we arrived, it would not open and needed to be opened by a master key. We immediately asked for it to be fixed or brought another since it was not fastened to the shelf. They kept telling us that it would be opened soon, but after 3 days at the hotel it was not done. Also we did not pay ahead of time for the breakfast. We checked it out the first morning and it certainly was not worth the price they wanted. So check it out yourselves when arriving and make the choice yourself, but you will be disappointed."
