The room is fabulous and the staff is superb! We had some issues when we tried to stay here the first time but when I complained they responded very quickly and then gave us a complimentary stay and refund! They didn’t have to do that but I’m so impressed that they did. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff very friendly and welcoming and helpful. Kitchen well stocked but no oven mitts, had to use the tea towel (minor issue) Air conditioning efficient and quiet. Laundry had everything you’d want. Good lighting, loved the orange lamp in dining area. Great views from lounge/dining area and balcony.

Everything you could need was provided in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Ceiling fans in the lounge room and bedrooms as well as air conditioning. Loved it.

What an amazing apartment. Check in was easy. The hotel manager was really nice and had some great advice. The view was beautiful and we were only one block away from the beach. You could walk to the Main Street and the shops. Will definitely go back.

Great location. Nice pool. Property is dated. Needs some work. Handle fell off the saucepan, power point switch broken. Exhaust fan in ensuite didn’t work. Coffee table very wobbly. Only one AC in the living area for a 3 bedroom unit. Main bedroom faced the western sun and got very hot.

Being a walk-up it was difficult to get our suitcases up and down. The location is great and we could walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment let it down a little.

The apartment was clean and tidy with some modern features. The downside was having no curtains throughout the living area, so privacy was limited. The bed in the master room was comfortable but didn't feel like it was very sturdy & would have been great if there was a TV in there! Overall not bad for a short stay :)

Whilst it was a last minute getaway at peak period, at 4$$+ a night, it is seriously not worth the $$, all but one quilt cover was stained one had old blood stain, kitchen light bulb blown, no AC, couches stained / collapsed in the centre, leaves and debris in one of the pools, moldy mop, 1 toilet roll between 6people, still have to pay for WIFI, reception lady was very friendly the complex / unit is outdated and definitely not worth 4$$+ per night possibly making up for several discounted dept housing units. I wish I had checked another site first as I could have got a better property at a cheaper rate.
