"It is well located for a visit to the Reina Sofia and the Prato. There are a lot of staff but they do not seem well organized or effective as a team. A few were quite helpful. One was out and out rude. The breakfast is quite standard but the coffee machines malfunction regularly. The decor is strange, perhaps aiming to look trendy. I liked the availability of filtered water to save on water bottles."

"Spacious and modern room. Great staff very welcoming and helpful. Nice air conditioning. My room also has a Dyson hair dryer. Located in a very convenient location. Walkable distance to mostly all tourist attraction in downtown Madrid. Will consider to stay here again for the next Madrid visit"

"This property is located right in the middle of Gran Via. Very good rooms. Courteous staff. It was a pleasant stay at this place. Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all."

"We had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid. The property feels very new and well-maintained, and everything was exceptionally clean. The lobby has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that really sets the tone when you arrive. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The beds were especially cozy, and the bathrooms were spacious with a very nice overall decor. A couple of small things could be improved. It would have been nice to have complimentary water provided in the room, and the glass doors in the bathroom were not very practical for a family stay, as they don’t offer much privacy."

"En las habitaciones compartidas hay que llevar un candado pequeño para guardar tus cosas, sino ahi te lo venden por 3 € en recepción. No me gusto que el balcón tenia llave y no pude salir a ver. En la habitación que yo estuve, el lavamanos no le funciona el drenaje, el agua se acumula y es incomodo. En atención del personal fue 10/10 y con el resto de servicios esta aceptable porque es solo para dormir."
