"Good hotel but quite expencive for what you get. The breakfast is very low key and the pillows are so soft that when you put your head on it then your head just falls through to the bed."

The property was exceptionally quiet and impeccably clean. Both the rooms and the restroom were spacious and offered ample privacy, even for a large group."

"Don't go there, no air conditioning in summer and they put us in a building without elevator. We had to carry out suitcases up to 2 scone over some narrow stairs. The rooms on those buildings look like jail cell. I was speechless when they showed me the building. Terrible hot in the unit even when outside is cool. Very disappointed!"

"The hotel was spotless. Staff was very helpful. Excellent restaurant and bar. If you are a car enthusiast you definitely need to stay here the owner has an incredible collection of vintage sports cars and some modern cars the hotel is basically a car museum, also in the basement of the hotel there is a small version of Ripley's aquarium stunning examples of native freshwater fish and huge tanks quite an interesting walk through. Our room also had a beautiful outdoor terrace and view of the town."

"The hotel was the lovely a s the room was comfortable. The room was booked for two people, but it only had one twin size duvet and one bath towel. It wasn’t set up for two people. I’m sure I could have requested more, but we made due. The check in staff were very polite and helpful!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hammer. The hotel is located outside the town of Kriens and is accessible via a long windy road by either car or bus. If you're bringing a car, like we did, you can park for free at the hotel and use the regional bus and train system to get around the area. The bus can take you directly to Lucerne in about 25-30 mins. There's also fantastic hikes and "wanderwegs" that are accessible by foot right outside the hotel's door. The hotel provided a lovely...
