“it was comfortable stay for 3 nights. I stayed in Jr. Sweet Room Helpful and Friendly Staff, Breakfast was okay, Room condition was perfect with cleaning, and free shuttle bus service was valuable the most. Sultan Ahmet Mosque Area was little far but the shuttle bus that hotel provides drops you off in Taksim Square near by. I felt little hurt from Istanbul Taxi Overcharging during whole trip so this shuttle bus free offer meant a lot. I will definitely stay in Lazzoni for the next...

“This so-called “hotel” is a complete scam. They contacted me after I booked, asking me to cancel the reservation myself because of major construction, flooding, and full closure of the facility. They promised a refund “as soon as they received the cancellation.” It’s been over a week, and I’ve received nothing, no refund, no response, and no proof that the place even exists. I’m now stuck in a long, frustrating process trying to get my money back through legal and bank channels. Please don’t...

“We found the hotel to be luxurious and very clean. However the big downfall for us was the very busy, noisy traffic on the road at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the window closed you could hear the traffic noise day and throughout the night. It made it very difficult to relax and we had constant disrupted sleep at night. In hindsight we should have requested to change rooms to the back of the hotel but we had unpacked and settled...
