โWe really enjoyed our stay! Everything is new, modern uniquely styled. Slept amazing comfy beds and bedding. The Gordon tavern downstairs is delicious! โ
โThe room was clean, and renovated. It wasn't as close to Hults Center as listed. We had thought we'd walk to our event, but decided it was farther than we wanted to venture. The only odd thing, was that check in was outside the lobby instead of inside. The clerk as very nice though.โ
โIt was better than expected for the price you pay for and what we visualised through photos given- all upgraded modern furniture and decor.๐๐Looks like a new built motel ๐๐๐โ
โBeautiful style home with inviting common spaces, great shared bathroom amenities, comfortable mattress in River Room ( though sagged a bit), and wonderful location on quiet street just off the River Path. โ
โOur room was extremely clean and this point is very important, especially to my wife. The room was comfortable, all appliances worked well, the bed was nice and the addition of a room fan was very nice. We both felt it was a good value. Note that it is in the heart of downtown Eugene OR.โ
โFriendly, helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, and waffles, although only apples were offered for fruit this day. Mature trees around site.โ

Check-in was a breezeโfast, easy, and warmly handled by the friendly front desk staff. Both of our rooms were impressively stocked with thoughtful amenities: granola bars, coffee and decaf packets, bottled water, a table with chairs, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, and even a recliner sofa alongside a comfy bed. The bathroom was spacious, fully equipped with shower accessories and plenty of towels. A nice touchโthe toilet was sealed with a โcleanedโ sticker...
