“Our room was filthy! And when I called to the front desk as soon as I noticed everything, I was told there was nothing that could be done. She stated, all rooms were booked and she would leave me a card with the managers information to speak with her on Tuesday! This was a Friday when we checked in. The woman on the phone was very nice and apologized for not being able to do anything. I took pictures of everything. They have the time to show they were taken within 20 minutes of us checking in....

“This was the worst travel experience of life!! After making reservations 28days in advance and reconfirming 16 hours before my arrival . I get a call from Stay America in Brooklyn at my reservation was cancelled! As I getting off the plane in Cleveland. No real explanation given except they were overbooked and I was out of luck !!So I called Expedia and put on hold for 20 minutes only to have the call droppped so tried again with exactly same results and on the third attempt was was to try get...

“Staff is NEVER at the front desk so anytime you need something you’re standing there waiting for them to return. Room is ok, it’s an older hotel and it shows. ”

“Horrible parking lot lighting, hot tub not working, no water for hours due to repairs, exterior littered with debris & trash. Ok for the price for a night but if your looking for comfortable,relaxing nights this is not the place”

“Since i paid for the room thru Expedia and there was an issue with not only my check in but there was no working hot water, i would expect Expedia to reimburse me for my one night stay ($79) instead of offering me $20 OneKey cash points. Red Roof has offered me their own points (over 6K) for the inconvenience. I don't travel much at all as I can't afford it. I would expect better. ”

“매일 하우스 키핑을 해주지 않아 매번 수건을 요청하러 가야하고 수건 빨래 상태도 좋지 않았어요 그리고 방에 벌레가 많고 화장실의 커텐은 교체 하지 않은듯 보였어요. 방 전체가 습하고 환기도 되지 않고 바닥 청소도 하지 않앗는지 되게 더러웠어요 그리고 방에는 전자렌지 냉장고 헤어드라이기 등 아무것도 없으니 알고가세요 다음에는 절대 가지 않을겁니다”

“The worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible. Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility. Seriously.”

“From the moment we walked in we wanted to run no floors have been swept there was food on the steps (not on plates) the room wasn’t very clean bathroom was gross we went back to the desk to say we were going somewhere else the girl at the desk was fantastic (wish we got her name) she called ahead and got us into a sister property she went above and beyond it was a lot better the Ramada we realized that the 1st had few stars but we’ve never been disappointed in a wyndum hotel in the past ”

“Would NEVER stay here again! The shower had hair still in it from whoever stayed in the room before me. I payed for early check in thinking I would be able to relax and enjoy my stay and that didn’t happen. 2 different birthday parties where going on at the same time! The pool was so filthy and dirty and had 30 kids in it. Me and my children couldn’t even get in it. There were no clean towels in the pool area.
