Room AC did not work upon arrival. Room was very hot & stuffy. When i called the desk, they could not change rooms because the hotel was apparently full, but said they would send maintenance the next day. Didn't happen. Had to sleep with the window open to get some air circulation both nights of our stay, and there was very loud noise outside all night. Cleanliness was acceptable.

Entire property appears dated and in disrepair. Although the room was clean, the floors creaked and you could hear the guests above you and the either side. Breakfast was nearly nonexistent, with no one cleaning the tables….which were essentially setup in the lobby. Carpets were worn and fraying, hallways stank of body odor, elevator doors were dirty, paint was in bad shape. Not worth the discounted prices.

Wonderful stay. Halls are a little dated but rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel overall was very clean and pleasant. Planning another visit in August and I will be staying here again

This is in a beautiful area. I liked the pool for early morning swims and the surrounding area for early morning walks. Breakfast was a plus. I would suggest offering whole grain bread and Greek yogurt instead of white bread. This was the second time I came here for Mother’s Day weekend and I would do it again.

These rooms are nice and cozy. The windows open so fresh air can circulate. The complimentary breakfast is also a plus. The waffles, biscuits, French toast and patatoes are really good.

Our stay at this hotel was fairly amazing! Their pool is so warm. It’s Therapy pool temperature in my opinion. Their hot tub was amazing as well. We did have to ask for towels every time we went down to the pool, but the hotel was very, very busy with traveling teams, such as ourselves. Breakfast could have been better but it was decent. Just a small selection and small seating area. My only complaint about this hotel is Saturday morning we were woken up at about 7:45 AM to someone weed whacking the property that was right next-door. I was a little ticked off about this, but it was beyond the hotels control. Our room was excellent, we had a mini kitchenette that was fully stocked with silverware and cups, along with plates. There were several seating areas in this room and overall, I was impressed the best experience of this hotel, though was how great their pool and hot tub were. I’ve never stayed at another hotel that had such a great temperature in their pool. We will definitely stay here again traveling for sports next time!

We stayed here because of how wonderful our stay was last time. This time although in a smokeless room, there was a smoke smell in the hallways and our room. But ac worked well, quiet and room otherwise was great.

Very nice, quiet place to stay. The suite was large and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and courteous. Beds clean and comfortable. Great shower and nice personal care items. Breakfast was just okay and the coffee was quite weak. Great place to stay and the price was great. Very good value. They had a nice pool and spa which we didn’t use.

I was so disappointed to come back to our room and find out no beds were made neither the bathroom had been done!!! I had to go down to the lobby and wait for clean towels.

Area was very pretty, rooms were good sizes and staff was friendly. The only bad thing was we had to keep reminding the front desk to send housekeeping to our room.

I loved this properties breakfast and the fact that the gym was 24 hours! I loved loved loved our stay here and the staff was so accommodating and nice we even chatted and laughed during check in I loved it here.
