"The hotel address was wrong on Expedia and it took awhile for me to find the hotel from the airport (I had dropped off early and had a night flight and wanted a place to rest in the day). Instead of walking a short distance, I had to take a 15 mins cheap didi to the hotel which was still acceptable. On arrival however, the staff were not aware of my booking or could not see it from their end. They instantly contacted their manager and gave us 2 bottles of water while I contacted Expedia who...

"upgraded to a fantastic suite with terrific view on the executive floor. checked in after 1:30 am and they were very gracious. Had only booked the hotel for 2 nights so the next day tried to extend another 4 nights and was told all rooms were booked. After great help from the manager and ms. fosuzen at the front desk, we were able to negotiate for a special price to continue to use the suite. Suzen had a smile on her face the whole way. Will certainly stay there again next time."
