Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect. “I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The air conditioner was full of dust, and the carpet smelled so bad that it gave me a headache. The bed felt damp and uncomfortable.
The only good thing was the staff — they were kind and tried to help. But overall, I do not recommend this place.
