客室は清潔でした。新光三越のほぼ隣なので買い物にも便利でした。高鐵台南駅からのバスも近くの停車場に止まり高鐵のキップを持っていれば無料で乗れますのでこれもありがたかったです。

因為地點方便而選擇了這家，有提供早餐也還不錯，沒想到房間冷氣噪音非常大，即使風量開到最小還是很大聲，然後開到睡眠模式也是一樣沒改善，吵到一整夜都很難睡，然後枕頭也是很難睡，退房時忘了跟櫃台反應

A nice, clean hotel on Ximen street near the big Shin Kong Department Store. Very comfortable with a nice lobby with drinks and snacks. A little small, but it is nice. Friendly staff as well.

Dissatisfied. Checked out within a few minutes.

We had a dispute with our cab driver on the way to the hotel and were dismayed to see that the hotel wasn't very secure as we were concerned that the cab driver could come in to harass us later. There were several doors leading into the hotel, One that lead directly to the elevator that was not visible from the reception desk. The elevator also did not require a keycard to go upstairs also further comprising security. The hotel room was clean but it was just a bit more run down than the pictures portrayed. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and after seeing the elevator setup and how easy it was to get to the hotel rooms, we decided literally within 5 minutes of checking in that we did not feel safe. We requested to check out and if possible, either a full/partial refund or a credit for either a later date or another location. Repeatedly we were told no. No exceptions. Hotels.com said they couldn't help us as it was up to the hotel's discretion. We had a local friend call for us who later was told by the hotel that it was up to hotels.com (not truthful) We were disappointed but checked out within 20 minutes. On the way out, to add insult to injury, there was a small step that was not clearly marked at the entrance (there was yellow hazard tape on it that had faded away) and I fell, bruising my legs in several places, twisting my calf and skinning my knee. I was offered a bandaid. So no, I did not have a good experience here, did not feel safe, so did not stay.
Step where I fell. I would include a picture of my skinned knee and bruises but hotels.com said pictures must be family friendly.
Door that leads directly to the elevator that is not visible to the reception desk and is also not guarded and does not require a keycard to access guest room floors.

房間不錯，熱水有熱但有點小不穩，危機處理不是很好。

不知為何一直停電，且越接近退房時間時也沒有改善，最後依然準時打電話告知退房時間已到，收拾東西的節奏都被停電打亂非常趕，但也沒有特別表示什麼，感覺不是很好。

市區的方便住宿

飯店很新，客房舒適整潔，床也很舒服，在藍曬文創園區旁邊，所以停車要另外付錢，機車可以免費停樓下，但進去要請服務員開門，服務人員很nice，但還是不太好意思。有免費的洗衣烘衣機可使用，卻沒有提供洗衣粉，略不方便些。整體住宿覺得很不錯。

冷氣忽冷忽熱

房間整體和服務態度都非常好，但是訂了兩間房間的冷氣屬於舊式的，所以會忽冷忽熱的，導致鼻子過敏，再來就隔音不好，不過冷氣問題還是比較大，如果可以改善，下次還是很願意來住。

謝謝,提醒及抱歉

8/6 號15:00前到現場提出想要提早入住，因為我們當下真的很需要趕快休息或是直接取消訂房北上。謝謝接待人員協助安排房間讓我們提早入住。 當日19:00左右也已退房，但我隔日11:30還接到電話跟我說退房時間已過需要加時嗎？ 關於這點，貴公司在訊息傳遞上可能要再確實一點，因為我人在家睡覺也被morning call 了。 另外，也再跟當天接待我們的櫃台人員說聲抱歉，我們真的不是要盧不能提早進去就要退房，我們真的是很急迫的需要休息，不然就是要直接離開，等待對當下的精神狀態是一種煎熬，倒不如直接北上。 最後，因提早退房，所以發票還沒準備好，已有留下公司地址，再麻煩記得開立後幫忙寄出。 謝謝您們的服務，房間很舒適。 by 孫先生
