I stayed for a week here, the staff was professional from start to finish, my room was well maintained and the amenities were worth using, the location was also convenient as it's across the street from the MRT. Special mention to Rachel, Moe and Jane. These three were very friendly and helpful to my stay here and made my stay at Taiwan even better.

Lovely, large room, great staff, comfortable bed, Great Staff , fabulous breakfast, GREAT STAFF! We had a wonderful meal in the Japanese restaurant. All in all, this is a great place to stay in Taipei, and did I mention their friendly, helpful, great staff!!

Right in center of Taipei, easy access with cabs, many places to eat. Staff very helpful. Japanese restaurant on premises excellent, a bit pricey but worth it. Only downside is that bathtub, shower, bathroom floor did not have non-skid tile. had to be quite careful.

I saw one or two light stains on the room carpet, other than that, everything is perfect, especially the staff, so friendly and helpful. This location is really convenient, close to many things. Strongly recommended. I guess we will stay here again next time.

Hot tub is very comfortable and clean. Room is big and with plenty closet space. The staff in the omelette station, especially Mr. Wu吳先生 was excellent! The reception at the restaurant entry area can be improved, especially when guests were leaving, no one said anything or basic thanks. The services at the front desk were outstanding and friendly!

You don’t need to go out for 卤肉饭 — the hotel breakfast already serves one of the best I’ve had. Five stars just for the breakfast! The bed is very firm, which our family really appreciated, and the room is spacious and comfortable. Honestly, we couldn’t ask for more.
