Convenient and reasonably priced

Location of the hotel was fantastic, with food and transport readily available at a stone's throw. One thing to note is the music that is playing during the afternoons to early evenings, can be quite loud at times but didn't matter too much if you are generally touring in the day.

Good price in Ximen. Recommended

The air-conditioner is not controllable. I tried to set it hotter or colder. No change at all. The water pressure is very low. Taking a shower is not enjoyable. The location is excellent. Close to the subway and bus stations. A lot of thing to eat. The hotel is on 10th floor. It is quiet at all.

Great location but...

Reception lady is very nice, helpful and kind. Upgraded my room as i was a bit early . Hotel is very near MRT, finding the entrance at start might be tricky but easily managed. The room however isn't clean, with lots of stains on walls, bed sheets etc. mold, spider web and dust are much seen everywhere. As well as tiny bugs (thankfully it wasn't bed bugs, i think!) Good for solo traveler that just want a affordable place to stay, sleep and bathe. And near transport. Aside from that not recommended

Overall is good for short stay. Space is good, come with 2-seater sofa. Mattress is firm enough for me, pillow is about too soft. Location definitely is convenience, within Ximen Ding. Although there is a "Dancing Club" just below the level, they only operate 2pm to 10pm. So it does not bother me. However, at night, must close the window, as it is facing the main road. Overall the noice is acceptable. Shower facilities ：hot water is good. effective. but all wall tiles moody. Cleanliness overall is good. Just window blinds with fair bit of dust and dirt.

There are three reasons that I will not stay in this hotel again. First, this hotel is not clean. I spot a piece of garbage sitting right on top of the table when I walked in. The floor is not very clean. Shower curtain is moldy. You can tell the shower stall had mold issue before so it was recaulked with black caulking to cover up the mold. Secondarily, this hotel is noisy. When I checked in around 4-5pm, there's loud disco music from one floor blow. You can basically feel the vibration of the floor. I was way too tired and jet lagged to move out and find another hotel. Thirdly, I understand that this hotel recently changed it's name. There's not signage at the street level. The entrance to the building is actually on the side street, kind of blocked by some tables and chairs from neighboring food places. The only signage is on the tenth floor, which is hard to see when you are right in front of the building. Besides the hotel name on the sign, it also says "No Drugs", which made me wondering about the safety of this place. I will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

위치는 진짜 시먼딩 역에서도 바로이고, 1층 내려가면 아종면선까지 바로 있어서 너무 좋은데, 그거 말고는 장점이 없네요 ㅠ 들어가자마자 곰팡이 냄새에, 시트는 더럽고, 누가 벗고 간건지 모르는 옷도 옷장에 그대로 있고, 특히 9층에서 매일 밤 9시까지 노래 소리가 쩌렁쩌렁 들리는데 첫번째 날 취소하고 다른 호텔로 가려다 참았습니다. 하우스키핑 요청해도 그냥 쓰레기통 비워주고, 수건 새로주는거 외 시트도 교환 안해주고, 너무너무 실망스러웠어요. 진짜 차라리 돈 조금 더 주고 근처에 다른 숙소로 가시는걸 추천해요.
