"Awesome. Just awesome. From the extremely patient English speaking staff to the provided spa pajamas that you can roll around in, couldn't have asked for a better stay in this lovely town. The rooftop onsen and lounge make you dont want to leave the property. The breakfast was an experience each morning and the welcome drinks were great family time. There's a small Manga library, plentiful vending machines, some with snacks and the laundry was perfect for our needs. We had a triple and the room felt spacious. Thank you to the hotel for making our stay in Takayama memorable."
