"For the $ it was fine. Could raise their prices and do a bit of cleaning and upgrade. Would not stay multiple nights, but ok for a quick shower, sleep and dip in the pool with kids."

"I chose this property based on on the reviews that were posted. It said Exceptional. Definitely I didn’t think it was Exceptional. My first room smell like fish, they transferred me to another room which had no air conditioning. The guy at the lobby told me he could get me a fan. Imagine 105 degrees in Arizona with a fan. Was moved to a 3rd room. Had great air conditioning. The last two days no housekeeping. Didn’t do the rooms. I was just so annoyed at this point, that I just asked for towels. Waited two days for towels. Finally my husband had to go searching for a cart to get towels. The manager Kyle and Assistant Manager Karl tried their best to make things better. But, at this moment I was just done."

"Expedia has this property with very good reviews. I’ve stayed at a Best Western before, so based on the reviews I figured it would be fine. We had a late flight, so we did not arrive at the hotel until 11:30 pm. As we were driving it was very obvious that we were not in a very safe part of town. Then we get to the hotel. There’s an open gate. The parking lot is full and there are large groups of people gathered in the lot. We did not feel safe to park, much less exit our vehicle. I called the hotel to cancel our reservation due to the unsafe feelings we had experienced. We were told that they don’t rent rooms to locals. Umm, ok that tells us our feelings were exactly correct. However, they apparently let anyone enter their lot and hang out at all hours. We later learned that, based on city of Phoenix site, that there have been mass shootings, car thefts and murders in that vicinity. This is clearly a high crime area. This is definitely a hotel you want to avoid. They may maintain it well. But, is your safety worth the risk? I think not!!!"

"I was disappointed that the cafe Crave did not have fresh pastries on Sunday. Additionally, the pool Oasis was not very clean. There were napkins on the ground and dirty plastic cups under the lounge chairs. The pool Oasis did not look like it was swept. A lot of bugs and foliage in the pool."
