After checking in and inspecting my room. I asked for clean sheets. The bed had hair in it. I was given sheets to change my own bed. The sheets were the wrong size. Very disappointed. The room would not cool down even at 60 degrees and remained uncomfortably hot. We also found a large dead cockroach in the cabinet. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and overall maintenance.
